The Bell 47 you see here is serial number 263 N5167V, it was built in July 1951 at the Bell Aircraft Assembly plant in Niagara, New York and it was used by the U.S. Over the course of the 1946 to 1974 production run of the Bell 47 5,600 were made and a number of variants were created, including the Bell 47 D-1 which was probably the most famous due to its use in M*A*S*H.
